Partner Jennifer Compton presented a workshop on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. The event was held January 30th at Michael’s on East in Sarasota as part of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation’s Invest in Incredible project.
The workshop focused on the essential information every agency needs to know, and how to act now before it is too late. From policies to training, handling investigations, and taking appropriate action when there is an issue — the training presented the tools needed to proactively address sexual harassment.
