TOLEDO, OH - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Wagoner was a featured speaker on a panel at the Ohio Wholesale Beer & Wine Association’s annual meeting in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday September 26, 2013. The topic of the panel was current developments in Ohio’s Alcoholic Beverages Act. Mark was invited to speak about Shumaker’s recent victory in the MillerCoors cases and other topics, including the emerging antitrust issues from beer manufacturer consolidation.
