Janis has over 27 years of experience and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of asbestos litigation management and employment law.  Janis serves a global supplier to the automotive and commercial vehicle industry as national discovery counsel for asbestos litigation and also serves other clients in employment matters.  Janis is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Western Michigan University.

John has over 33 years of experience and has focused his practice in the area of civil litigation.   He represents clients with insurance coverage disputes, tort claims, and contractual indemnity disputes.  John actively represents a large manufacturing company on complex insurance coverage and indemnity issues.  John is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.   He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Miami University.

David has been practicing civil litigation for over 27 years focusing primarily on commercial disputes.  Much of David’s efforts are devoted to his role as national asbestos defense counsel for a large manufacturing company.  He has served as lead trial counsel in litigation involving insurance coverage, building construction, product liability, negligence, fraud, general contract disputes and asbestos litigation.  David is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
