Mark Wagoner Speaker at Ohio State Bar Association Annual Convention

TOLEDO, OH - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Wagoner was a speaker at the Ohio State Bar Association’s 2015 Annual Convention and CLE Seminar on Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Sandusky, Ohio.  Mark’s topic was “Antitrust Considerations in Noncompetition Clauses:  Fundamentals and Recent Developments.”  Mark's discussion included updates on the no-poaching policy, case law on non-competition agreements, and recent developments in the possible adoption of a federal trade secrets law.

Mark is a partner in the Toledo and Columbus offices and is Co-Chair of the firm’s litigation practice group.  He has extensive experience in all areas of business litigation.  Mark has been repeatedly recognized as a “Rising Star” in the area of business litigation by Ohio Super Lawyers and has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers of America.  He is a recipient of the “Who’s Who in Toledo Area Law” recognition by the Toledo Business Journal and been awarded the “20 Under 40 Award” for professional accomplishments and community service. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Section on Antitrust Law.

Mark received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University.
