TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick is pleased to announce a major addition to their Toledo office. 

Robert H. Eddy has joined the firm as a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group.   Robert’s practice includes commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability, personal injury defense, insurance coverage and bad faith and employment practices litigation. 

Robert serves as a National Coordinating Counsel for a Fortune 500 coating manufacturer defending large loss property damage/commercial loss cases across the country.  In that role, Robert is a certified NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) Level One Coatings Inspector

Robert is licensed to practice in Ohio, Michigan, and before the United States Supreme Court.  He received his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
