SARASOTA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Brett M. Henson has joined the Sarasota office as an associate attorney in the Commercial and Construction Litigation Practice Groups.  Brett devotes a substantial portion of his practice to construction litigation, disputes related to construction defects, fidelity and surety bonds, and Florida’s Construction Lien Law.

Brett received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. from Stetson University.
