TAMPA, FL – the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to welcome Cristina J. Ayo to our Tampa office as a staff attorney in the Community Associations practice.

Cristina focuses her practice on advising board members and professional managers of condominium and homeowners’ associations. She represents associations in collection and foreclosure cases, covenant enforcement, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Prior to joining Shumaker, Loop, & Kendrick, LLP, Cristina began her career as a trial attorney litigating on behalf of clients facing criminal charges for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts. She represented clients in both the Superior and District Courts of Essex County.
