CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Stephanie B. Elliott has joined the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office as a Paralegal in the Litigation practice group.

Stephanie is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal with a concentration in the area of medical malpractice. Prior to joining Shumaker, Stephanie had vast litigation experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, commercial, corporate and complex business litigation. As a faculty member of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Continuing Education Paralegal Certification Program, Stephanie teaches Paralegal Profession and Legal Technology. She is also a member of the Academic Advisory Board and a faculty member of Gaston College’s Paralegal Program. She currently serves on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Paralegal Division Council as a Council Member, and Co-Chair of the Continuing Paralegal Education Committee.

Stephanie received her Postgraduate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Central Piedmont Community College and her B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
