CHARLOTTE, NC - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that in September of 2019, the Mecklenburg County Bar & Mecklenburg Bar Foundation has acknowledged Katie Gromlovits, Charlotte Partner and Trademark Specialist, for her pro bono and volunteer work since 2009. For over a decade, Katie has has volunteered her time and expertise to the Bar & Foundation by handling all trademark registration matters. Katie is certified as a Trademark Specialist by the North Carolina Bar Board of Legal Specialization, which is the highest level of recognition by the North Carolina Bar of the competency and experience of lawyers in the area of trademark law. Katie is one of only 27 lawyers statewide to receive this distinction and one of only four in the Charlotte area.
