The series themed “Defining the “Next” Normal” featured a panel discussion on the effects of COVID on the national grocery retail sector. Grocers have had to adjust very quickly to address the current situation while remaining open in order to ensure that we have everything we need to shelter in place. Shop! is a global trade association dedicated to enhancing retail environments and experiences.

Steve has focused his practice as a business bankruptcy litigator representing creditors, distressed debt lenders, trustees, committees and business entities litigating disputes in bankruptcy court.  Steve is board certified by the American Board of Certification in both creditors' rights law and business bankruptcy law and is a member of the Florida, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and California Bars.
