Christina Davidson Trimmer Invited to Join Charlotte Business Journal Leadership Trust

CHARLOTTE, NC — Christina (Christy) Davidson Trimmer, Intellectual Property Partner at Shumaker, has been invited to join Charlotte Business Journal Leadership Trust, an exclusive community for influential business leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs in the Charlotte area.

Christy was chosen for membership by the Charlotte Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to her experience, leadership, and influence in the local business landscape and beyond. Christy is an intellectual property and technology attorney, practicing in the areas of trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, and licensing. With more than a decade of experience, she provides clients with a holistic approach to legal services, considering each issue in the broader context of the client as a whole, while focusing on helping clients obtain, protect, license, and enforce their intellectual property rights. She also currently chairs the Innovation Lab committee at Shumaker.

“Charlotte’s thriving business community is powered by leaders like Christy,” said T.J. McCullough, publisher of the Charlotte Business Journal. “We’re honored to be creating a space where the region’s business influencers come together to increase their impact on the community, build their businesses, and connect with and strengthen one another.”

As an invited member, Christy will contribute articles to the Charlotte Business Journal website and participate alongside fellow members in Expert Panels. She will connect and collaborate with a vetted network of local leaders in a members-only directory and a private forum on the group’s mobile app. Christy will also benefit from leadership and business coaching, an Executive Profile on the Charlotte Business Journal website, select partner discounts and services, and ongoing support from the community’s concierge team.

“I am thrilled with the privilege and opportunity to join the Charlotte Business Journal Leadership Trust. I look forward to sharing my voice in contribution to our thriving Charlotte business community,” said Christy.
