TOLEDO, OH – The national law firm of Shumaker announced today that the firm’s Management Committee re-elected Thomas (Tom) P. Dillon as Chair and Jennifer B. Compton as Vice Chair as of January 1, 2022.

Tom has been elected Chair of the Management Committee for four consecutive years. He also serves the Toledo office as Managing Partner and is a litigator representing businesses in complex disputes. Additionally, he acts as outside general counsel for small and medium sized businesses.

“I am honored to have been re-elected Chair and proud to continue leading such an exceptional firm through periods of great growth and expansion,” Tom shared.

Jennifer’s re-election as Vice Chair of the Management Committee commences her second year in the role in addition to serving as the Managing Partner of the Sarasota office. Jennifer focuses her practice on employment law counseling and litigation. Jennifer is dedicated to the community, and through her involvement as secretary, executive committee member, and board member for the Sarasota Bayfront Planning Organization, she has been instrumental in developing a master plan for 54 acres of city-owned land on the Sarasota Bayfront.
