On the compliance counseling side of his practice, Derick regularly advises business clients on matters such as personnel policy drafting and review, employment contract drafting and review, and similar matters.

When Derick is outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and running. Notably, he has completed 13 half marathons.
