Jessica is a passionate attorney who is driven to achieve the best results for her clients. A member of Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line, she focuses her practice on community association law.

Prior to joining Shumaker, Jessica gained valuable experience representing homeowners and condominium associations in litigation and governance matters. She has also represented general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction-related disputes, as well as property owners in real property litigation. A graduate of the Stetson University College of Law, Jessica was Valedictorian of her class and had an article, titled Pay or Die: Evaluating the United States Insulin Pricing Crisis and Realistic Solutions to End It, published in the Stetson Law Review. She also holds a B.S. from the University of South Florida.

Jessica is an active member of the Sarasota County Bar Association as a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division, and she is a member of the Council for Diversity and Inclusion. Outside of the office, she loves to visit local coffee shops with her husband, Ben; spend time with family and friends; and engage with her community.
