In furtherance of our efforts to recruit and retain people of diverse backgrounds, we are pleased to offer the Shumaker Undergraduate Diversity Science Scholarship. The Shumaker Undergraduate Diversity Science Scholarship is another example of how we seek candidates who demonstrate personal and professional excellence, and who bring diverse life experiences to our team.
The Shumaker Undergraduate Diversity Science Scholarship program provides a $5,000 scholarship to one (1) or two (2) outstanding undergraduate juniors or post-graduate students who are selected to participate in the firm’s Patent Agent Internship program. For example, if you are awarded a 1L diversity scholarship as a summer associate, you would not be eligible to receive a 2L diversity scholarship the next summer.
