"What to do When you are Facing an Ethically Challenged Attorney," Legal Aid of Manasota

Douglas A. Cherry, partner in the Sarasota office, was a featured speaker, and co-presenter with Judge Robert B. Bennett, Jr., at the Legal Aid of Manasota CLE Program entitled "What to do When you are Facing an Ethically Challenged Attorney" on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the Judge Lynn Silvertooth Judicial Center in Sarasota, Florida. The topics discussed covered an ethics overview, ethics and technology, identifying the most prevalent offenses, and strategies for dealing with the offending lawyer.
