A. Edward McGinty made a presentation at the monthly meeting of the Society of Financial Service Professional's monthly meeting held April 12, 2011. Mr. McGinty's topic was "Security for your Financial Life."

Mr. McGinty has extensive experience in corporate, LLC and partnership, real estate, complex business and medical practice transactions, contracts, tax and estate planning and asset protection, including mergers and acquisitions, business and medical practice transfers, ownership structure, succession planning and transfer restriction agreements, corporate and real estate finance and development, construction and project insurance, professional and executive compensation planning, employment agreements and termination. Mr. McGinty received his J.D., with honors, from Florida State University, and his B.A. from Louisiana State University.
