Douglas A. Cherry, partner in the Sarasota office, was a panelist at the Gulf Coast Venture Forum Due Diligence Seminar on December 14, 2011 entitled “Due Diligence: What Investors Should Look For and What Entrepreneurs Should Have.”

Mr. Cherry is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Cherry’s practice focuses on intellectual property (patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition) consulting, acquisition, licensing and litigation.
