TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy C. Garding, associate in the Tampa office, spoke at the Hillsborough County Bar Association Labor & Employment Luncheon on December 6, 2011. Mr. Garding’s topic was “Clones, Drones and Animatrons: GINA’s Impact on the American Workplace One Year Later.”
Mr. Garding practices in the areas of healthcare, employment & labor, administrative/government law and commercial litigation. He is a Board Member of Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts and serves on the Development Council of The Spring of Tampa Bay. In addition, Mr. Garding co-chairs the 2012 Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.
Mr. Garding received his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law and his B.A. from University of Minnesota – Duluth.
