Christian Staples was the organizer and speaker at a CLE Seminar held at NoDa Brewing Company in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Christian discussed North Carolina’s new laws and regulations governing growlers and the in-stand sale of malt beverages at professional sporting events, the three-tier system of distribution and the small brewery exception, and beer franchise laws.
