Malcolm (Mike) Pitchford presented two lectures in Tampa on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 entitled "Reading Surveys" and "Title Insurance Commitments:  Satisfying Requirements and Evaluating/Removing Exceptions".  The lectures were given in conjunction with "Resolving Title Issues:  From Surveys and Liens to Restrictions and Authority" presented by the National Business Institute.
