Pitchford, partner in the Sarasota office, will present “Commercial Loan Defaults (Avoiding the Pitfalls and Improving the Outcome)” at the Florida Bankers Association Annual Meeting at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, June 6 – 10, 2010.  The Florida Bankers Association serves as the primary resource through which Florida financial service providers work in unity to influence the state and federal legal regulatory environment in which they serve their customers.
