TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Cathleen O’Dowd, partner in the Tampa office, has been elected Treasurer and will serve on the Board of Directors of the Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts for a three-year term

Ms. O’Dowd has extensive experience in a variety of land use issues and regularly represents land owners and homeowners associations in zoning, wetzoning, comprehensive planning, historic preservation, and other land use matters before local and state agencies.  Ms. O’Dowd also represents licensees in a variety of administrative and regulatory matters, including licensing and disciplinary actions before state agencies and the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Ms. O’Dowd received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1988, and her B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame in 1985.
