Conaway, managing partner of the Charlotte office, will be speaking at the NACM Fall Credit Seminar, hosted by the Metrolina-Charlotte Chapter of the NACM – Credit and Financial Development Division, on Chapter 11 Recent Trends and Strategies for Creditors.  The seminar will take place on October 20 at IKEA in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mr. Conaway’s principal areas of practice are bankruptcy (primarily Chapter 11 proceedings), non-bankruptcy insolvencies or restructurings, workouts, commercial transactions, and international business transactions and disputes.
