CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Steven A. Meckler, partner in the Charlotte office was a featured guest on CNN.  Mr. Meckler was interviewed on October 18, 2010 by TJ Holmes, CNN weekend news anchor for CNN, regarding the foreclosure crisis.

Mr. Meckler’s practice focuses primarily on representing corporations with respect to complex business, real property, education and franchise litigation.  He is licensed in North and South Carolina and practices in both the state and federal courts.  Mr. Meckler also has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of administrative actions with various state agencies.  Mr. Meckler is an active Rotarian and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Central and Western North Carolina.  He also stays involved in the local bar by serving on its Professionalism Committee.
