Yadley, partner in the Tampa office, was a presenter at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts, on April 15, 2011.  Mr. Yadley’s topic was “Impact of the Financial Crisis on Select Disclosure Issues Affecting Small Public Companies.”
