TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Gregory H. Wagoner has joined the Toledo office as a partner in the litigation practice group.

Mr. Wagoner has extensive experience consulting businesses and financial institutions in a wide variety of legal issues, including covenants not to compete, trade secret disputes, claims of trademark infringement and false advertising, shareholder disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage issues, employment disputes, tortious interference claims, franchise disputes and claims of unfair competition.

Mr. Wagoner is licensed to practice in Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.

Mr. Wagoner received his J.D. from the University of Toledo and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
