Mr. Christaldi is a business lawyer with experience in both transactions and litigation. He is the General Counsel to the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research and he is the primary outside counsel for the Moffitt Cancer Center. Mr. Christaldi is the Chair of the Health Care Practice group in the Tampa, Florida office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. Mr. Christaldi is a Board Certified Health Lawyer and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He also has been selected Legal Elite by Florida Trend® and has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal with its prestigious "40 Under 40" award for professional accomplishments and community service.
