Cherry, partner in the Sarasota office, was a panelist at The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s seminar “You, Inc.” on August 17, 2011. Mr. Cherry discussed avoiding legal pitfalls and managing intellectual property as it relates to marketing issues for businesses. The seminar is part of Shumaker Chamber University.

Mr. Cherry is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Cherry’s practice focuses on intellectual property (patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition) consulting, acquisition, licensing and litigation.
