Mr. McMahon discussed the challenges of complying with federal and state franchise and distribution laws as well as proposed revisions to Ohio’s business opportunity act.

Mr. McMahon’s principal areas of practice are franchise, distribution and licensing law; real estate law; and general corporate and business law.
