SARASOTA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce Jeremy M. Halpern has joined the Sarasota office as an associate in the litigation department. Mr. Halpern will be focusing his practice on broker-dealer litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Shumaker, Mr. Halpern represented condominium and homeowner associations with a focus on negotiation and litigation of assessment lien foreclosures.

Mr. Halpern received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
