Pletz, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, spoke at the Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick Student Lounge at the University of Toledo College of Law for the Student Mentoring Kick-Off Program on the subject of "The Mentoring Relationship" on November 21, 2011.

Mr. Pletz focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation including complex product liability cases, special remedies, religious dioceses, parishes and educational entities in all areas and electronic media and libel law. He has extensive experience in electronic media, defamation and public records matters.

Mr. Pletz received his J.D. from the University of Toledo and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
