TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that C. Philip Campbell, Jr., partner in the Tampa office, was featured in an exhibit in the Tampa Bay History Center, Zephyrhills Exhibit. The photograph is of his first grade class.

Mr. Campbell is head of the litigation group. He has extensive experience in representing both private and public corporations in litigation disputes including shareholder disputes, contract disputes and class actions. He also regularly represents the broadcast media on first amendment issues and intellectual property matters and has substantial experience in the health care field regarding practice management issues and contracts.

Mr. Campbell has been recognized by Florida Trend magazine as a 2007 Florida Legal Elite. Additionally, Mr. Campbell has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer® for 2007 and 2008 and as one of The Best Lawyers in America® in the commercial litigation category.
