Yadley, Partner in the Tampa office, was principal Co-Chair of the 30th Annual Federal Securities Institute at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, Florida, on February 16-17, 2012. In addition to his presentation on new securities regulations affecting smaller public companies, Mr. Yadley participated in a Legal Ethics panel. The Institute, a major advanced level securities law symposium, featured leading practitioners, members of the judiciary and officials of the Securities and Exchange Commission to discuss the cutting issues of securities regulation and litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
