Neema Bell Served as Moderator at Press Club of Toledo Panel Discussion

TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Neema M. Bell, partner in the Toledo office, served as the moderator at a Press Club of Toledo panel discussion on the use of controversial video in news reporting. The forum was held on March 29, 2012 at the Toledo-Lucas County Main Library.

Ms. Bell’s principal area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial litigation. Ms. Bell has extensive experience in all types of commercial defense litigation and has substantial experience in media and constitutional law, class actions, medical malpractice and employment law.

Ms. Bell has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®. She is a member and officer of the WGTE-TV Board of Trustees, The University of Toledo Foundation Board of Trustees and the YMCA/JCC Regional Board of Trustees. Ms. Bell is a member of the University of Toledo College of Law National Advisory Council and the Toledo Chapter of The Links, Inc.

Ms. Bell received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law where she graduated as Valedictorian and member of the Order of the Coif. She obtained her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.
