Bell, partner in the Toledo office, served as the moderator at a Press Club of Toledo panel discussion on the use of controversial video in news reporting. The forum was held on March 29, 2012 at the Toledo-Lucas County Main Library.
Ms. Bell’s principal area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial litigation. Ms. Bell has extensive experience in all types of commercial defense litigation and has substantial experience in media and constitutional law, class actions, medical malpractice and employment law.
