TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey B. Fabian has joined the Tampa office as an associate in the intellectual property department.   Before joining Shumaker, Jeff clerked for a U.S. Magistrate Judge.

While in law school, Jeff received the Florida Law Review Outstanding Associate Editor Award, and he earned academic awards in trial practice and appellate advocacy.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff worked as an engineer for one of the world's largest defense contractors where he conducted hardware and software testing for military surveillance aircraft.

Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
