TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Kathleen G. Reres, associate in the Tampa office, has been named Co-Chair of the 43rd Annual Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts. The Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is a premier juried outdoor fine art festival that takes place the first weekend in March each year. The festival attracts thousands of visitors to downtown Tampa's Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park to enjoy the award winning artwork, entertainment, food and children's activities.
Ms. Reres represents a variety of business organizations, financial entities, homeowners associations, condominium associations and individuals. She regularly represents title insurance underwriters and their insureds as well as clients involved with master planned communities, condominiums and homeowners associations. Ms. Reres is also Chair of the Tampa Leadership Shumaker program, which involves the firm’s attorneys and staff members in numerous civic and fund-raising events that benefit not-for-profit charitable and arts organizations in the Tampa Bay area. She also serves on the STEPs Committee of Tampa Bay Beautification. Ms. Reres received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida.
