Bruce is a founding partner of the Tampa Office and co-chairs the Trust and Estates practice group.  His principal areas of practice are corporate, tax, estate planning, asset preservation planning, trusts, estate administration, probate litigation, real property, compensation planning, international and general commercial and transactional matters for public and private corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and foundations, as well as high net worth individuals and their families.
