Christopher Z. Staine Presented at National Business Institute Seminar

SARASOTA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Z. Staine, partner in the Sarasota office, presented at the National Business  Institute’s seminar “How to Obtain Good Title in Real Estate Transactions,” October 15, 2012 in Tampa.  Chris’s topic was “Ethical Considerations  and Confidently Handling Title Insurance Claims and Litigation.”

Chris is Board Certified in Construction Law and is the current Chair of the 12C Grievance Committee, which serves Sarasota, Manatee, and Desoto Counties.  He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law, including the review and preparation of construction contracts, advising clients on updates to the Florida Construction Lien Law, and construction litigation.  Chris represents general and marine contractors, as well as commercial and residential real estate developers.  

Chris received his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University and his B.A. from Texas Christian University.
