Cherry, partner in the Sarasota office, presented a CLE course sponsored by the Sarasota County Bar Association and The Florida Bar Business Law Section entitled “The New eDiscovery Amendments to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure – An Overview and Discussion” September 12, 2012 at Michael’s on East in Sarasota, Florida.  Doug also moderated a panel discussion immediately following the lecture.
