TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Duane A. Daiker, partner in the Tampa office, presented “Using Your iPad in Your Practice – a Tool for Professionals” to the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals on October 9, 2012.  The presentation was an overview of potential uses and workflows for the iPad that are well-suited to mobile professionals and focused on software and techniques to both consume and produce content.

Duane represents individual and corporate clients in a variety of appellate matters in state and federal court.  He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an Appellate Practice Specialist, and leads the firm’s appellate practice group.  Duane also represents surety companies in connection with payment, performance, and fiduciary bond disputes throughout the State of Florida.   In addition to his full-time law practice, Duane serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, teaching classes in law, legal research, and writing.  He received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Florida, and his B.A., with high honors, from the University of Florida.
