TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael M. Briley, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, has been appointed by The Supreme Court of Ohio to the Board of Bar Examiners. Mr. Briley will serve a five-year term beginning April 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2018. The Board of Examiners is responsible for developing, administering, and grading the Ohio bar examination. The Board consists of 18 members appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Mr. Briley provides regular antitrust and transportation law counseling for clients involved in a variety of domestic and international industries such as glass, consumer products, industrial products, chemicals, transportation, health care, building products, and scientific products.
Mr. Briley received his J.D., cum laude, from Ohio State University and his B.A., with distinction, from Miami University.
