TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy C. Garding, associate in the Tampa office, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of TEMPUS PROJECTS.  TEMPUS PROJECTS is a non-profit organization comprised of local artists and professionals dedicated to nurturing established and emerging local, national, and international artists through exhibitions and events held primarily at TEMPUS PROJECTS’ white box event space in the Historic Seminole Heights District of Tampa, Florida.

Tim’s principal areas of practice are healthcare, employment and labor, administrative/government law, and commercial litigation.  He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts and Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts and the Development Council for The Spring of Tampa Bay.

Tim received his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law and his B.A. from University of Minnesota – Duluth.
