TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Louis E. Tosi, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, was appointed to the Board of Directors of The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) for the 2013-2017 term.

The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., and dedicated to preserving the heritage of Italian Americans.

Mr. Tosi is a member of Shumaker’s Management Committee and serves as Chair of the firms Environmental Practice Group.  He has substantial experience in class actions and complex litigation, as well as CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act. 

Mr. Tosi is a member of the American Bar, Ohio State, and Toledo Bar Associations.
