Peter R. Silverman Quoted in Wall Street Journal News Story

TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Peter R. Silverman, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, was quoted in a news story about securities brokers who migrate between securities firms that have been expelled by regulators.  The article appeared in the October 4, 2013 issue of The Wall Street Journal.  The story discussed a securities award he won for his client against two brokerage firms that dissolved following the award. 

Peter’s principal area of practice is commercial litigation.  He has substantial experience in a number of specialty areas, including franchising, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property, and antitrust.
