TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Brian C. Willis, associate in the Tampa office, has been elected Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts.

Brian represents individuals and corporations involved in business, contract and real estate disputes.  He assists clients in a wide variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing, health care, construction, state and local government, community associations, banking and finance, and start-up companies.

Brian received his J.D. from The George Washington University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
