He is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and a member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Businesses. He is Co-Editor of The Florida Bar Florida Corporate Practice Manual, Co-Director of the annual Federal Securities Institute and a Moderator for the SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation.
