Shumaker Attorneys Panelists at Florida Venture Forum Bootcamp

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael H. Robbins and Gregory C. Yadley, partners in the Tampa Office, were panelists at the Florida Venture Forum Bootcamp on September 30, 2014 at the Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club.  The event, designed for professionals, investors and entrepreneurs, discussed successful venture backed deals, details of a term sheet, deal structure, due diligence and more.  

Michael has substantial experience in representing business entities regarding general corporate matters. He regularly represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts, organization of business entities and assisting clients with compliance with federal and state securities laws.  Michael received the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2008 Up & Comers Award and has also been recognized as a Florida Rising Star 2009-2011 by Super Lawyers® magazine.
