Michael has substantial experience in representing business entities regarding general corporate matters. He regularly represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts, organization of business entities and assisting clients with compliance with federal and state securities laws. Michael received the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2008 Up & Comers Award and has also been recognized as a Florida Rising Star 2009-2011 by Super Lawyers® magazine.
Greg currently serves as one of 21 members of the SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Businesses. He has served as a panelist or moderator for the SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation since 2006, has been Co-Director of the Annual Federal Securities Institute since 1996 and is Co-Editor of The Florida Bar Florida Corporate Practice Manual.
