TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Toledo attorney, Phillip H. Lee, has been named to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2015.

Phillip is a partner in the corporate practice group.  He regularly counsels public and private companies and institutional investors in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, business formation, corporate governance and general corporate matters.  Phillip received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his M.S. and B.A. from Dartmouth College.
