Warren will participate in this annual professional program in a joint presentation with Todd Sinnett, Chair of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Capital Account Maintenance Services and National Partnership Team. Their topic is “LLC Statutory, Fiscal, and Tax Accounting – Keeping Score with the Convoluted Blend of Concepts of Subchapter K and the Reporting and Record-Keeping Responsibilities, Duties, and Liabilities of, and Planning Opportunities for, LLCs and their Management.”
Warren is a partner in Shumaker’s transactional tax practice group. He focuses his practice on matters relating to limited liability companies, partnerships, and other unincorporated entities and the taxation of those entities. His practice emphasizes the representation of privately-held companies, venture capital and private equity financings, strategic alliances and joint ventures, the negotiation and structuring of mergers and other transactions, and the design and implementation of equity incentive plans and agreements.
